Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect the minimum needed to issue a key, bill you, and keep the API working — your email, payment handled entirely by Stripe, and a log of API calls made under your key. No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no data sold to anyone. Questions or deletion requests: gilpc.invest@gmail.com.

What we collect

Email address — to issue your API key, send it to you, and contact you about your account.
Company name (optional) — if you provide one at signup or checkout.
Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number; we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and a Stripe customer reference.
API usage logs — which endpoint was called, when, and the response status code, tied to your API key. Used for rate limiting, quota enforcement, and billing (e.g. metering pay-per-use and free-tier calls). We don't log the response data itself, only that the call happened.

We don't use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels on this site.

Who else sees it

The following processors handle data on our behalf, each for a specific purpose:

Stripe — payment processing.
Resend — sending your API key and account emails.
Supabase — database hosting, within the EU region.
Vercel — application hosting and content delivery.

If you access this API through a marketplace (RapidAPI or Zyla), that platform's own privacy policy governs the data you give them directly — we only see aggregate usage through a single backend connection, not your individual marketplace account details.

How long we keep it

Account and usage data is kept for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for billing records and abuse prevention. Contact us to request deletion of your account data; we'll retain only what we're legally required to for financial record-keeping.

You can ask us what data we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, by emailing the address above. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
